He served as the HR team leader, deputy director of CJ Human Resources Institute, and head of the BIO HR support office before being appointed CEO of CJ Feed&Care.

At CJ Logistics, he has held roles as the head of the Parcel & E-commerce Division and as the head of the Korean Business Division and the Global Business Division concurrently.
