Lim Byung-chul is the chairman of It's Hanbul. Born on February 14, 1959, as the third son of Lim Kwang-jung, the chairman of Hankook Cosmetics.

He graduated from Hanyang University with a major in English literature and Wayne State University in the U.S. with a degree in marketing and international business.

He started his career at Hankook Cosmetics.

In 1989, he founded Hanbul Cosmetics and established its subsidiary, It's Skin, in 2006.

In 2017, he merged Hanbul Cosmetics with It's Skin, renaming the company It's Hanbul and becoming the chairman.

Through ethical management, he strengthens trust relationships with employees and representatives of partner companies.
