HanmiGlobal is a company specializing in Construction Management (CM).
He founded the company with the goal of modernizing the Korean construction industry and creating a 'Great Work Place' (GWP).
He was born on September 24, 1949, in Geochang, Gyeongnam.
He graduated from Seoul National University High School and majored in architecture at Seoul National University.
He worked at the Hanssem Architecture Research Institute and served as the Quality and Safety Director at Samsung Construction (now Samsung C&T Corporation's construction division).
On June 18, 1996, he established Hanmi Construction Technology (now HanmiGlobal) as a joint venture with Parsons of the United States.
Since 2005, he has been selected as one of the top 100 CEOs leading Korea.
He pioneered the introduction of Construction Management (CM, PM) techniques in Korea, contributing to the modernization of the construction industry.
He has successfully completed over 2,900 PM projects domestically and internationally and is also interested in solving social issues such as low birth rates.
