He worked at Korean Air for over 20 years, serving as the Domestic Sales Team Leader and Nagoya Branch Manager before becoming the Head of the Management Support Department at Jin Air, a subsidiary of Hanjin Group.
In 2013, he moved to T'way Air, where he served as the Head of Sales Service Division and Head of Japan Regional Headquarters before being appointed as CEO.
He is known as the longest-serving CEO among the executives of domestic low-cost carriers and is recognized for his excellent sales capabilities.
