Hwang Chul-joo is the Chairman and CEO of Jusung Engineering.

He graduated from Dongyang Technical High School in Seoul and later transferred from Inha Technical College to Inha University, where he studied Electronic Engineering.
He started his career at Hyundai Electronics and later worked at the Dutch semiconductor equipment company ASM before founding Jusung Engineering in 1995, where he has served as CEO ever since.
After listing on KOSDAQ, he expanded the company’s business beyond semiconductor equipment to include display and solar equipment.
He was once referred to as a "Park Geun-hye man" after being appointed as Administrator of the Small and Medium Business Administration.
He is known for his down-to-earth personality and strong competitive spirit.
