Heo Min-heoi is the CEO of CJ CGV.

He is focusing on improving the financial structure while promoting the future growth strategy "Next CGV" in line with changing movie-watching trends after the end of COVID-19.

He was born on March 15, 1962, in Busan.

He graduated from Masan High School and Pusan National University with a degree in accounting, and completed his MBA at Yonsei University Graduate School of Business.

He joined CJ CheilJedang's finance team and served as the head of the management team at CJ Investment Securities, head of management support at CJ Hello, and head of management support at CJ Hello.

He was promoted to Vice President in charge of business at holding company CJ and was appointed CEO of CJ Foodville. During Chairman Lee Jae-hyun's management absence, he took charge as Vice President of management at CJ.

He moved to CJ OliveNetworks as the CEO and later took charge of the Creative Economy Promotion Unit at CJ Group.

He served as the head of management support at CJ CheilJedang before being appointed as CEO of CJ O Shopping. After the merger of CJ O Shopping and CJ E&M, he became the CEO of CJ ENM and later moved to his current position as CEO of CJ CGV.

Known for his strong execution and drive, he has often been brought in to normalize the management of struggling affiliates, playing a role similar to that of a firefighter.
